Andrzej Cetnarski is the Managing General Partner, Founder & Chief Investment Officer of ACRELL Investments, responsible for the firm’s investment strategy, underwriting discipline, and portfolio performance. He brings more than 20 years of experience across strategic finance, real estate investment, technology innovation, and institutional leadership.
Prior to founding ACRELL, Andrzej served as a Senior Investment Banker with UBS in New York, where he advised global real estate, lodging, industrial, data-center, and aerospace/defense companies and successfully closed more than $8 billion in M&A, equity, and debt transactions. He later founded and led a global luxury real estate and hospitality venture spanning 725 properties across 25 countries, overseeing multi-market operations, technology integrations, and large-scale capital projects.
Andrzej is also Chairman & CEO of Cyber Nation Central®, a cybersecurity governance and operational-resilience advisory firm serving Boards and C-Suites in healthcare, transportation, and defense. His work has been recognized by Forbes, US Congress, the RSA Conference, and the U.S. national security community.
His academic background includes an MBA from the Wharton School, an MA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Lauder Institute, and an MPA from Harvard University, along with an Honors AB in Economics from the University of Chicago.
