Nizan Mosery brings over 25 years of experience across real estate investment, construction management, and portfolio strategy. Beginning his career in New York, he successfully operated a restoration and renovation firm and managed his family’s commercial holdings. He later expanded into single-family, multifamily, and commercial redevelopment projects with oversight of construction teams and capital programs for assets up to 300 units.
In 2009, Nizan relocated to South Florida and became a licensed real estate professional. He went on to acquire and operate one of the region’s top-performing RE/MAX franchises, leading the multifamily investment division. Recognized for his ability to identify emerging markets ahead of cycle trends, he developed proprietary systems to evaluate market dynamics and optimize timing strategy for both entry and exit.
Over his career, Nizan has worked with leading professionals in residential and commercial real estate, capital syndications, advanced financing, and large-scale asset operations. His hands-on approach—personally visiting markets, properties, and renovation sites nationwide—has been central to generating consistent top-quartile returns, including multiple full-cycle exits above 2× equity multiples.
For more than 15 years, Nizan has been dedicated exclusively to multifamily investing. Under his leadership, he and his teams have raised nearly $100 million in equity, executed value-add strategies across diverse U.S. markets, and today oversee more than $220 million in assets under management.
At ACRELL Investments, Nizan leads acquisitions strategy, deal sourcing, and portfolio-level value creation, leveraging his deep experience in construction, market intelligence, and investor stewardship.
