Nizan Mosery brings over 25 years of experience across real estate investment, construction management, and value-add execution. Beginning his career in New York, he was a co-founding principal and operator of New Look Restoration and Renovation, a renovation and restoration firm that handled full-scope projects on residential rentals and mixed-use buildings. His team led pre–Civil War building conversions in Chelsea and SoHo—roughly 10,000 square feet per floor—from legacy residential rentals into commercial loft offices, galleries, and upgraded ground-floor retail storefronts. In parallel, he managed his family’s commercial holdings and expanded into multifamily and commercial redevelopment projects, leading construction teams and capital programs for assets of up to 300 units.
In 2009, Nizan relocated to South Florida and became a licensed real estate professional. He went on to open and operate one of the region’s only multifamily/commercial RE/MAX franchises, where he led the multifamily investment division. Known for strong market relationships and practical deal judgment, he developed repeatable frameworks to evaluate submarket dynamics, renovation feasibility, and timing considerations—helping investors and partners align business plans with local demand drivers and operational realities. During this period, he oversaw dozens of residential and rental-unit renovations in Florida, further refining his cost, scope, and schedule discipline.
Nizan’s multifamily career has been squarely focused on value-add properties—renovating and leasing to drive NOI growth and long-term value. His track record includes, among other projects, the conversion of a 240-room hotel into a 214-unit 55+ multifamily property, applying adaptive-reuse experience to age-restricted housing.
Over his career, Nizan has worked alongside leading professionals across residential and commercial real estate, capital syndication, advanced financing, and large-scale asset operations. His approach is execution-first: he personally visits markets, properties, and renovation sites nationwide to validate assumptions, pressure-test scopes, and ensure that underwriting translates into durable NOI growth. This boots-on-the-ground operating discipline has contributed to consistent high-performance outcomes, including multiple full-cycle exits equal to or exceeding 2.0× equity multiples.
For more than 15 years, Nizan has been dedicated exclusively to multifamily investing. Under his leadership, he and his teams have raised nearly $100 million in equity, executed value-add strategies across diverse U.S. markets, and today the portfolios he has sponsored and co-managed represent approximately $200 million in assets under ownership/management.
At ACRELL Investments, Nizan co-leads deal execution and portfolio value creation, co-leading due diligence, scope validation, renovation and repositioning strategy, and operational performance improvement in partnership with ACRELL’s property management and on-the-ground teams. He plays a central role in broker and owner relationships and co-leads the firm’s origination efforts, particularly across the Southeast, including the Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach corridor. Nizan’s leadership brings scope certainty, CapEx control, and speed-to-close for every transaction—and speed-to-ROI for every investment—ensuring a disciplined, transparent, and high-touch partner experience.
