With over 30 years of experience in market analytics, geo-demography, and population segmentation, Scott brings a uniquely data-driven, evidence-based lens to market selection, submarket targeting, and neighborhood-level risk assessment.

As the inventor of a patented urban-planning analysis system and co-founder of a commercial real estate analytics platform, Scott has developed tools that help investors evaluate markets in real time—identifying emerging neighborhoods, isolating micro-economic inflection points, and positioning capital ahead of cycle turns. His analytical frameworks enable ACRELL to identify high-growth corridors, quantify supply–demand dynamics, and develop precise entry and exit timing strategies with institutional rigor.

Before focusing his expertise on multifamily acquisitions, Scott spent nearly two decades advising federal agencies—including the National Cancer Institute, CMS, USDA, USPS, and the U.S. Department of Transportation—on high-stakes segmentation, behavior modeling, and nationwide program evaluation. He has also taught advanced segmentation and marketing science at the Burke Institute, Graduate School USA, and Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
